This isn't the first time that Markle has spent time with the queen, since she attended the Christmas Day festivities with the royal family in December.

Wearing an off-white coat and hat, Markle, an American actress, was seated behind the queen and next to Princes Harry and Andrew. On Monday, the couple attended services at Westminster Abbey in honor of Commonwealth Day, which is an annual celebration of the Commonwealth countries.

Speaking about reasons behind her half-brother Thomas not coming to the wedding, a source close to Meghan said: "I think it is because he just can't seem to keep his mouth shut".

Queen Elizabeth II joined the ceremony alongside Prince Harry, his fiancee Meghan Markle, Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall and other royals. She was the first to do so who wasn't already married into the family.

"We all have reason to give thanks for the numerous ways in which our lives are enriched when we learn from others".

"This year we look together towards a common future, in which all can flourish and become what we are in the care and keeping of almighty God", he said.

The world is watching in anticipation of the royal bash, which is set for May 19 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Finishing off her look with perfectly smooth and silky blow-dry and a Stephen Jones beret, Meghan certainly looked the part as she walked arm in arm with her fiancé Prince Harry.

In another shot, Megs and Harry team up with their Bizarro Land comrades and enjoy a black-tie dinner with Prince William (Burgess Abernethy) and Kate Middleton (Laura Mitchell).

Liam Payne performed a rendition of a John Mayer song during the Commonwealth Day service, but it appeared Harry and Meghan may not be his biggest fans.
