Monster Hunter returns to Puzzles & Dragons for two weeks

Fans of the series have one more reason to be excited as Capcom announces a free content update on its first day of release. This is aside from the 16 GB of data required for the base game.

Like with many other modern titles, Monster Hunter: World will, unfortunately, be getting a Day One patch.

The update that'll be released for the game when it comes to consoles on January 26 was explained in greater details by Capcom with a list of notes that explain the patch's goal.

Running at 815 MB, the patch will enable online systems such as chat and multiplayer which will not work without this patch.

Additional display languages vary by region.


Adds gallery function to the title menu to replay event scenes. With a game that we predict will be unbelievable, we figured an eventual Switch release would only be a matter of time.

After advancing through the story a Poogie will appear the Tradeyard of the Research Commission HQ. You can deepen your friendship with him by petting him, and bringing him to various places there will be "nice results".

If you're keen on a little monster expedition so that you can harvest the hide of creatures that'll gladly tear your face off, Monster Hunter World will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on launch, with a PC port up for grabs a little bit later.

In addition, they assured that the learning process will be integrated correctly with the dubbing done in different languages and the tutorial in real time that will accompany the hunt. All regional versions have the game in Monster Hunter language, Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
