Forecast: Mostly Sunny Labor Day Weekend Brings Just 1 Day Of Showers

Plan for mornings with sunrise temperatures in the upper 60°s to low 70°s across WAFBland under mainly-clear skies. As a result we're expecting some excellent early September weather for Labor Day weekend. Lows 40-50, with highest temperatures in Boston.

Now what about the all important Labor Day Holiday weekend? Highs will again be in the low-60s.

With Parklanders planning lots of outdoor activities and family get-togethers, it looks like weather conditions will be just about flawless for sitting outside, enjoying a picnic, hiking, riding a merry-go-round or watching the Desloge Labor Day parade.

Labor Day weekend will see warmer temperatures and mostly sunny skies.

Warm air will push ahead the chance for a few light showers on Monday.

Rain will be possible in rounds at any time Friday, but storms will be most likely between 2pm and 8pm. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.

Fri: High: 86 Low: 59 Mostly sunny.

Wed: High: 79 Low: 54 Sunny.

Skies will be mostly cloudy, and the chance of precipitation will be 30 percent. Sunday a slight chance for a few showers.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. Those headed out to west side of the state are in for a treat. Saturday will bring plenty of sun and highs in the lower to middle 70s.

Thursday looks mostly sunny northwest, and a bit cloudier southeast as the remnants of "Harvey" sling clouds our way.

Sunday: Cloudy with a period of showers or steady rain for the first part of the day. Southwesterly breezes could gust up to 23 miles per hour.
