President Trump's job approval rating has fallen over the last week, according to a Quinnipiac University survey released Wednesday.

Just more than a third of American voters (35%) say Trump hasn't had an impact on white supremacist groups, and six in 10 voters (59%) say he's encouraged them. Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said the President is looking at ways that "we can unify and break down some of the division that we think is taking place in our country". "I got the white supremacists, the neo-Nazi, I got them all. We have KKK. I got 'em all", he said.

Despite saying in his brazen Phoenix rally that he'll not keep criticizing Flake by name, Trump did just that on Twitter, once again repeating his familiar taunts of the lawmaker who has challenged parts of his agenda. And I have no doubt about it, and you don't have any doubt about it either, " Trump said August 15 during a combative news conference with reporters in the lobby of Trump Tower.

"Nobody wants me to talk about your other senator", Trump said, waving his arm.

A person close to Mr. Trump said the president had discussed a pardon for Mr. Arpaio, who was found guilty of criminal contempt of court when he defied a judge's order in a case involving racial profiling.

When speaking at a rally in Phoenix Donald Trump blasted "fake media" and claimed his comments on the Charlottesville protests were misrepresented.

The congressman acknowledged that Trump's belligerent Arizona speech was vastly different in tone from his measured address to the nation Monday night on Afghanistan.
