Donald Trump blasted for 'creepy' remark about Brigitte Macron's body

Trump has departed France after attending the Bastille Day parade with Macron.

It isn't the first time Donald Trump has come under fire for sexist remarks.

President Trump was French President Emmanuel Macron's guest of honor at the Bastille Day celebrations in Paris on Friday, which included a performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner".

A total of 3,700 members of the military paraded along the Champs Elysees in Paris for the occasion.

Macron's relationship to Brigitte, began when he was he was only 15.

The event, which will also feature a bi-national flypast of fighter jets to symbolise present-day military co-operation between the two countries, follows his day of talks with French President Emmanuel Macron.

At a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit in Belgium in May, the two world leaders met for the first time and engaged in multiple lengthy and awkward handshakes.

Yannick Mireur, a French political scientist, said Mr Macron went into the meeting with "a rather rare quality - that of empathy, interest in the person to try and understand him, to find the key to him". Once the tour was over, Trump turned to Brigitte and said: 'You're in such good shape'.

Handshake aficionado and President of the United States Donald Trump on Friday sustained his art of the grip for a duration never before seen on the global stage. He congratulated French President Emmanuel Macron (eh-mahn-yoo-EHL' mah-KROHN').

The parade on Paris's Champs-Elysees commemorated the centenary of the USA entering World War I and featured horses, helicopters, planes and troops. They boarded Air Force One after the parade for the flight back to the United States.

President Donald Trump was captured complimenting the French president's wife's appearance Thursday as he toured a famous Paris landmark.

"Something could happen with respect to the Paris accords, let's see what happens", Trump told a news conference.

Trump used this opportunity to comment on the First Lady's body, to her face and to her husband.
