When a tech company announces the end of a product or even a feature, tempers flare and social media goes insane. They are joined by two new iPad models. It's a particularly fantastic idea for apps you only use twice a year on Wi-Fi but don't want taking up room the rest of the time.

You can really maximize your storage in iOS by carefully watching your apps and how much they save. According to The Sun, developers can get ARKit into their hands within this year. Find out how your digital experience needs real world input here.

Apple has also worked to make iOS a more productive platform.

Apple's WWDC keynote mostly focused on its four software operating systems: iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS.

In addition to the amusing Appocolapyse spot illustrating why apps (and app-makers) are crucial, there were other announcements of note. The Apple CarPlay interface allows people to listen and respond to text messages with voice commands, as well as other iPhone features while you're driving. Here is everything that you need to know about the new hardware and software that will be heading your way soon.

If the iPad range wasn't already complicated enough, Apple has now added the 10.5-inch iPad Pro to the mix. For GPUs, the 21-inch iMac model will move to the Radeon Pro 555 and 560, while the 27-inch version will get the 570, 575, or 580 models.

But one new feature stood out above the rest.

Apple has also developed a specialist display technology called ProMotion. This is helped by the A10X processor itself, which Apple claims is 30 percent faster at raw compute performance than the A9X. Both iPads will have feature Apple's True Tone display with wide color gamut comfort, alongside enhanced the camera system model upon the iPhone 7 camera.

The Pro seems to be designed specifically with virtual reality (VR) and heavy graphics rendering workloads in mind, much of which will be powered by the new Radeon Pro Vega GPU. These devices are interesting enough as-is, but with the coming release of iOS 11, they will also begin earning their Pro moniker.

Apple will be introducing a new feature for iPhones that will get rid of text messaging while you are driving.

Individual apps also have a new page that jumps out when you tap for more information.

Numerous company's stock apps have also been updated and improved.

Apple said the new capabilities and features of iOS 11 would expand how people use their phones and tablets. "iOS 11 makes iPhone iPad more powerful and intelligent than ever", Apple states. When Apple's iOS 11 update comes out this fall, it will include a "Do Not Disturb While Driving" mode. Apple recommends you do not install this version unless you are genuinely a developer as it's still buggy and unstable software. You can sample this functionality now in Beta form if you're a registered Apple developer, and a public beta will arrive in late June. That's the same price the new 13-inch MacBook Pro will be starting at, too.

Apple 12.9-inch iPad Pro 256GB and 512GB WiFi variants are priced at Rs 73,900 and Rs 89,900 respectively.
